Turnkey construction of a 4,500 m² logistics warehouse at the Parque Tecnológico de Andalucía (Malaga).
The challenge
The client required a comprehensive solution covering everything from basic engineering through to final handover, within a tight eight-month programme.
Our solution
Coimpul took on full project management: structural design, fabrication of the steel structure in our workshop, on-site assembly and fit-out. The warehouse features a portal steel frame, sandwich panel roofing and composite panel façades.
