Extension of a shopping centre in Seville using a new-build steel structure fully integrated with the existing building.
The challenge
Working within an operational building while minimising disruption to daily retail activity, with construction scheduled during night-time hours.
Our solution
Complete off-site prefabrication of the structure to reduce on-site assembly time. Design of bespoke connections for integration with the existing concrete structure.
